I am sitting on a very small chair with a mini desk in front of me. It’s an art classroom at Coogee Public School. There are four tall white windows on the beige wall, letting some cool afternoon light into the room. There are three big fans spinning above me. Some of the students’ artworks that were here last week have been moved. In their place there are several posters of famous paintings, like the self-portrait of Van Gogh, on display. I see a Mac computer on the teacher’s desk. On the left side of the desk there is a white board, two speakers and a projector mounted on the wall. There is an old piano on my left side. It still sounds pretty decent. It has been colored in with pink paint all over and then doodled in various colors.
